Fueled by Positivity

On Sept 12, 2004, I won the Ironman Wisconsin wearing a prototype of the first-ever running skirt, an idea that changed the trajectory of my life. I believe that we all face our own “Ironman events” in life. These are events that push us to our limits, that make us wonder why we put ourselves through them—and when we do finally cross the finish line, we come out the other side different in some way.

I believe that the key to success comes in the form of a magic pill called Positivity. This is not something we’re born with; we can learn techniques to harness the power of Positivity during tough times. These techniques are not rocket science; we simply need to practice them. Once you become fueled by Positivity, you will find that it is contagious and there is no better way to walk this world.

Watch my “Fueled By Positivity” talk below to learn simple Positivity tips and tricks so you can go out and win your own Ironman.
