Interview with Alyssa Curry, Co-Author of Intuition

I truly had an inspiring conversation with Alyssa Curry about her life, her mother and her new book, Intuition. I am always excited to talk to the leaders of today, but I just love meeting young women like Alyssa who are the future of our world. Her brilliant and wise perspective on the world is evident in this short but powerful interview. Thank you Alyssa!

  • This was a beautiful interview and a remarkable testimony of the bond between Alyssa and her mother. I’m interesting in reading this book and spreading the word about “Intuition.” What I also loved about this interview was when you asked Alyssa about branching out and starting her own company, and her talking about her moms, “no limit beliefs!” This has given me the motivation to not only write a book with my mom, but also a script.

I feel like the Jane of all trades as well ladies, whenever I sum up what I do. I’m a writer, poet, publisher, storyteller, speaker, entrepreneur and a NPO founder, but I consider all of that, my part-time job, (LOL) because I’m a full-time wife and mom of two, ages, 9, 7, with a baby on the way. And just recently I started a new program on my blog where I will be having podcast, storytelling and interviews. Wow, wow, wow, right!

I’m like you Kelly I love women and I love helping them succeed. Which is why I founded a NPO and a business for women right from home. I wasn’t satisfied with what I saw out there for women especially of African and Hispanic backgrounds.

I’m glad I found this interview and joined the movement here at Wf1, hopefully I can join you on one of your broadcast.
