I am honored to present this insightful conversation with author, teacher and a new friend of mine – Christine Hassler. In our chat, we talk about her new book, Expectation Hangover, personal transformation and how to move into acceptance of what is.

But when life does not live up to our expectations, we end up with an Expectation Hangover. Christine Hassler has broken down the complex and overwhelming experience of recovering from disappointment into a step-by-step treatment plan.
